We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs (if applicable). Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at farm@apothecaryfarmskincare.com and we will do our best to make it right.
